i have no ideas yet my cell phone photos do not have a time stamp and date on them ever so i gather it depends on the cell phone. Cameras usually have a date stamp and some time stamp but cell phones vary from phone to phone but n the simm card it records such information provided you have the photo still in the phone once it is removed i think it deletes.. although there may be a permanent cache for that sort of information on the cell hdd i am not too sure with cell phone technology good question i will research this
