AXJ CROATIA TEAM MEET WITH THE PRESIDENT AND DISCUSS DIFFERENT OPTIONS

Today a team of AXJ Members in Croatia and Europe met with President Ivo Josipović in Presidential Palace and discussed many issues regarding missing children in his country and Europe.

This first meeting took about half an hour and the President was very interested in the advancements of AXJ in fhe field of Missing Children. A brief presentation was given and AXJ in Croatia will be counting on the support of the President.

In the photo taken in the Presidential Palace, we can see the interest of President Ivo Josipović, as the President and Founder of AXJ introduces AXJ to him and explains how it is set up and how "Actions for Justice" are being taken to try to reduce the missing children and adults crisis around the world.

AXJ has developed a missing children system ( see www.axjchildren ) whereby parents can input the information about their missing child into the AXJ system in real time, with photos and a detailed information, and the information is then forwarded to local and international law enforcement in seconds. "The idea is that the faster the information becomes available the greater the chance of finding the missing child" commented the President and Founder of AXJ.

According to AXJ sources, a child goes missing every minute around the world, and specifically one every two minutes in Europe. It is estimated that 8 million children will go missing this year, with a two to one ratio female over males. "This is a horrible thing and AXJ volunteers around the world are working to stop this" commented the President of AXJ.

CONCLUSION

All in all this first meeting took a little over a half an hour and the President and Founder of AXJ and his team were all very excited. President Ivo Josipović recommended to him to have his team in Croatia contact the Minister of Interior with their ideas and proposals.

AXJ CROATIA is presently working on establishing a non profit organization in Croatia to deal with all matters related to the protection and care of children.

This will include education and training in such activities as first aid response, how to control and educate parents about children's activity on the internet, try to control and eliminate bullying, how to contact and deal with Law Enforcement, resolving institutional administrative issues, etc.
