Dear Sirs:

We represent an International Organization known as Actions for Justice ( AXJ ) with over 300,000 members world wide. Among our principal activities are the protection of adults and children's civil and political rights, including searching for missing children, joint parenting time in cases of divorce of the parents, etc.

We have received a copy of an International Order for the return of a child to her father Mr. Nigel Cooper of the United Kingdom ( U.K. ) and would like to know why this Order has not been carried out yet?

We attach a copy of the Order and await your prompt reply.

This is the RAW evidence of a kidnap.
1. Date of the audio was 7th January 2012
2. Social Service told my daughter on the 7th of January that she would never go back to Belgium.
3. Belgium orders the return on the 14th March 2012
4.UK refuses on 11th of April 2012

How did the Social Services know that "A" UK judge would refuse the Belgium order? To know in advance is to conspire! This is a conspiracy to kidnap as digitally stamped in this media!
