AXJ USA : DRONE ATTACKS ON AMERICANS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL
An unmanned combat air vehicle (UCAV), also known as a combat drone or drone, is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that is armed with weaponry and has no onboard human pilot. Currently operational drones are predominantly under real-time human control, with "The human’s role in UCAV system [varying] according to levels of autonomy of UCAV and data communication requirement[s]." -WIKI
The Fifth Amendment (Amendment V) to the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, protects against abuse of government authority in a legal procedure. No person shall be...deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.
This has become a big issue in the United States since no President has the authority nor right to deprive anyone of life without the due process of law for any reason whatsoever.
This is a letter by the Attorney General to Senator Rand Paul regarding this matter.
Besides the obvious constitutional issue with using drones to potentially kill Americans, now we find ourselves faced with civil and unknown drones flying in national airspace such as the following.
According to this video "Predator drones have been used to fight the war on terror worldwide. Recently Iran shot down a US drone flying over the country and now reports have surfaced indicating these same drones are being used on American citizens. Alex Jones, radio show host, joins us to help us dig deeper and find out why US citizens are being targeted."
This is the most recent opinion from Alex Jones on the issue.
