DZHOKHAR TSARNAEV CASE INVESTIGATED BY AXJ MEMBERS IN BOSTON AND WATERTOWN

Dear AXJ BOSTON:

I don't know any who already is in this group and I totally understand the precautions and screenings that you all are conducting before letting people in.

I stumbled across it through an article I was reading in the LA Times, I believe. So below I'll explain a bit of why I am interested in joining and so forth...

On Thursday, I was headed home from work around the same time that everything was happening. However, I don’t own a TV and therefore don’t watch the news so I had no idea what was happening.

I live in Watertown, by the way. I went to sleep at 1am and woke up about 8 am and you can imagine the number of missed calls, texts, emails, etc that I had received from friends and family around the country that had been up all night watching the news.

I assured them that I was fine and then proceeded to watch some news livestreams online to stay updated on things. I also re-watched previous broadcasts from the night as well as from earlier in the week on coverage from it all.

It was the first time I had watched anything, everything else I knew I had gotten from printed word. I was honestly sitting there laughing at how freaked out everyone was. You would have thought the world was coming to an end and it was starting in Boston.

I learned about the convenience store robbery, the MIT officer altercation, the hijacked Mercedes, the shootout at Laurel and Dexter, the supposed “explosive vest” found on Tamerlan at the morgue—but I wasn’t really buying it. And today, almost a week later—nothing has changed.

In fact, I’m even more skeptical.

Turns out the 7-11/Shell robbery was completely unrelated.

What was the altercation that Sean Collier was responding to when he was ambushed?

Did those parties not see anything?

Who is the owner of the Mercedes? Why hasn’t he come forward to praised as a hero like Officer Donahue and so forth? And if he preferred to remain anonymous for safety, isn’t that fact frequently mentioned?

And was it a Sedan or SUV? Because different reports say different things.

Not to mention, an ATM surveillance photo was released as proof of Dzhokhar using stolen credit cards of the Mercedes owner—but it pinpointed the Bank of America ATM as one on Main Street in Watertown Square—much further than Laurel and Dexter or Franklin. I know, because I go to that ATM all the time.

If they were chasing the two brothers from Cambridge from the moment they hijacked the vehicle and out into Watertown, there’s no way they would’ve gotten all the way to the other side of Watertown, gone in to use the ATM and then drive back East through Watertown to get to Laurel and Dexter which is where they were supposedly cornered.

But people don’t question these things. They just accept what they’re told.

The arrest—Don’t even get me started on the fact that they shut down an entire metropolis searching for a 19 year old pothead. Bottom line—it was so disturbing to see my neighbors crowding in the street cheering as though it were a sporting event.

They were taking in everything the media was putting out no questions asked. And here in the past week alone when you read the reports the wording gives it all away. “The brothers may have done this”, and “Tamerlan may have practiced that”.

They have no credible evidence against them. It’s so obvious that it’s all being fabricated.

How convenient that Dzhokhar got shot in the throat (by the cops—not himself) and can’t talk now.

There was no reason to not read him his Miranda Rights because since the FBI came out and said that the two acted alone—there was no imminent threat to anyone anymore. Not that there ever was to begin with….

When you question these things, you automatically get criticized which is so discouraging. I've been searching for other people who actually share the same opinion...hopefully I've found some.
