EL PAIS OF SPAIN PUBLISHES THE EVIDENCE AGAINST MARIANO RAJOY AND THE PARTIDO POPULAR (PP)

According to the newpaper EL PAIS ( www.elpais.com ) published in Spain they have the evidence which will obligate Mariano Rajoy and his political party the Partido Popular (PP) to resign before the end of this month. According to these hand written accounting entries between 1990 and 2009, carried out by the then Treasurers Álvaro Lapuerta and Luis Bárcenas, they prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the top executives of the Partido Popular (PP) received undeclared amounts of slush money from unknown sources and probably maintained in secret Swiss Bank Accounts.

Of course these documents must be contrasted and proven to be true and accurate, but for the moment the Attorney General of Spain and the Courts of Spain must accept them as true "Prima Facie". Hopefully the Judge and Attorney General will agree to order the Swiss Banks to turn over all bank statements and evidence to this effect as requested by AXJ members and reporters in Spain.

On Saturday February 2, 2013 Mr. Mariano Rajoy held a closed door meeting with the Executive Branch of his Political Party the Partido Popular (PP) and denied all such evidence could exist since he personally never received any such funds.
