 I feel Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is innocent.

Obtained your names from the Boston Globe today, April 23, 2013, with the front page headline: The Legal process begins......And thought I'd ask a few questions hoping you could help me with the answers.

Can Dzhokhar Tsarnaev get a fair trial after all this publicity?...... that is after reading in the Boston Globe about Mayor Menino stating, "I will say, in this one, I might think it's time...that this individual serves his time and (gets) the death penalty.'

Can you obtain clean, unadulterated videos of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev taking off his back pack and placing it where the bomb went off?  There must be miles of videos to research to determine if he did or did not.

Can you really see how this guy could have made the bombs with all his other activities?

Isn't there something basically funny when he has all those fancy clothes and cars reported in the paper?

When the criminal complaint Case No. 13-2106-HBB states on the cover page: "This criminal complaint is based on these facts:" .... Isn't what Daniel R. Genck, Special Agent, FBI just hearsay? Didn't he just view the videos supplied by the FBI?  Sounds Prejudice to me!

Are 18 U.S.C. s 2332(a) and 18 U.S.C. s 844(i) just codes and not really federal criminal laws?

Is it or is it not strange or in other words a conflict of interest for an FBI agent to bring federal criminal charges up in/to the United States District Court?

Just wondering?

I look forward to any consideration in this matter.

I even look forward to helping....if you thought it necessary to get a person in your meetings who totally believes in his innocence to help you stay focused.

We at here at AXJ like to keep an open mind. I personally agree with you on your comment. Especially Isn't what Daniel R. Genck, Special Agent, FBI just hearsay? No evidence. As for the Globe? What a sorry excuse for a publication.
