RESOLUTION ON CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

Apparently on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 10:58am the International Human Rights Commission on Facebook has published the Resolution below.

AXJ has agreed to publish it globally since it is of interest to our members, but we cannot take a stance on the issue since the decisions that were taken by and against the people named in this Resolution did not give them the opportunity to publicly defend themselves with the most probable argument that they had the acted on behalf of, and with the support of, their respective Governments and Congresses, to take those decisions in the first place.

If in fact the IHRC does want to proceed with this Resolution around the world, including in the USA, an AXJ Delegation to the United Nations would be honoured to present it to the General Assembly.

We at AXJ agree that this is a very serious matter and must be dealt with. In fact we are certain many Americans would agree and are in favour of this Resolution in general, but it must be broken down into a series of events which has caused these military interventions to take place in the first place. The U.S. Military, nor any Military in the world for that matter, do not act without the direction, instruction and support of their Governments and Congressional Members. If they do so, they must stay within and obey the Rule of Law, unless of course they are acting under orders of a totalitarian regime.

AXJ invites the IHRC to present its position to AXJ and we would be honoured to consider it and help any way we can to achieve One World in Peace.

World Summit on Human Rights & Peace 2013, Islamabad

Whereas the World Summit on Peace and Human Rights was convened under the banner of the International Human Rights Commission, at Islamabad Pakistan from 24-26th Feb, 2013. Delegates from 11 different countries participated the Summit.

Whereas the Summit discussed various issues under Poverty, Good Governance, Democracy, Peace, Security Justice and Law.

Whereas all the delegates of the Summit were of the view that George Bush former President, Dick, Cheney, Former Secretary Defense, and Tony Blair, former Prime Minister of United Kingdom, intervened in Afghanistan (2001) and Iraq (2003) in the name of Peace, Security, Democracy and justice.

Whereas in the wake of operations by Forces of USA and NATO in the name of War on Terror in the above noted countries, millions of human souls were killed, and millions more were injured besides loss of property worth several Billions.

Whereas the Delegates of the World Peace Summit 2013, are of the firm belief that George Bush, Dick Cheney and Tony Blair are responsible for killing of the innocent masses and causing loss to the property in the above places under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1947.

Whereas the delegates of the World Summit, 2013 feel that United Nations has committed discrimination by keeping silence over the criminal offences committed by the former President George Bush of USA, Former Secretary of Defense, and Prime Minister Tony Blair. Thus the United Nations has failed to fulfilled its obligations under the International Law. The International Criminal Court of Justice Hague in the Netherlands has also adopted selective justice which is contrary to the norms of the justice under the International Law.

Whereas the United Nations has committed this offence keeping itself silent away from the justice due to the fact that the United States of America has the veto Power to overrule the decisions of the majority in the Security Council of the United Nations which is against the norms of democracy and justice.

Whereas the delegates of the World Summit believe that there is an urgent need to initiate democracy at home in the United Nations itself.

Whereas the Delegates of the World Summit, 2013 believe that the Veto power of the permanent members of the Security Council of the United Nations is against the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

It is resolved that the International Criminal Court of Justice may Order the immediate arrest of George Bush, Dick Cheney and Tony Blair, who are the accused criminals of the Humanity and they may be tried by the International Criminal Court Hague, Netherlands. They may be punished to imprisonment and fine equivalent to the damages caused to the Humanity by them and this compensation may be paid to the victims.

The General Assembly of the United Nations may also be move to approve the abolition of the Veto Power of the permanent Members of the Security Council.
