Actions for Justice ( AXJ ) has been on the internet since 1998 and many of our members still recall WWII, the Korean and Viet Nam Wars, lived under the Franco, Pinochet, and Argentinian Regimes, and know exactly how the 1% of the human population work and always have trying to control the rest of humanity.

In 1776 the 13 Colonies decided they wanted to break the bonds with the Empires and give humanity a fresh start based on Roman Law and Order, following the Magna Carta and the will of the People.

Many of you are still learning things but the greatest advancements in humanity have come from the concept and idea that we are Free. Without it Humans would continue to be slaves. When we talk about Freedom we talk about Life and the pursuit of happiness too.

The first 10 amendments to the US Constitution ( Bill of Rights ) have been the greatest achievement of mankind and basically limited the powers of the 1% over the rest of Americans. Today we are faced with the erosion of those rights and attempts against our main rights of Habeas Corpus, Freedom of Speech, and the right to bear arms and protect ourselves.

The other day local government in Boston overstepped its bounds and our rights with the approval of the mayor of Boston and the Police Departments there, and the Sheriff did nothing.

All of you public servants whom we the American People pay have sworn to uphold the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. You may be preparing for martial law but all your forces of 1mm armed men can do nothing against the 99% of the American People that want to be Free.

We write you this letter to order you to immediately cease and desist in your attempt to control us since we were born, live and will die free.

The 20,000 members in this group are only the seed of 200,000 and 200 million Americans that do not like what you are planning.

We understand the creation of the FBI, Home Land Security, FEMA, and the CIA for specific events has been necessary, but not for planning martial law of any type in the USA.

If you continue we will have the Mayor of Boston recalled and impeached.

No American gave him the power and authority to terrorize the proud People of Boston, where the American Revolution was born with the Tea Party. Nobody agreed to allow the Police to enter their homes without warrants. You are a disgrace as an American government employees. People of BOSTON wake up!

As for what happened on April 15, 2013, we are gathering all the evidence which we will use in the criminal complaint we intend to file for Conspiracy against the American People.

The material authors were not as important as the forces that drove them to commit these horrendous acts which could have been easily avoided. You had every person controlled and failed to act.

We have presented an Habeas Corpus in the case of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and are still waiting for a reply from the Courts. We feel that not only were his Constitutional rights to due process violated, but that he has already been prejudged and declared to be guilty.

We Americans in the USA are innocent until proven guilty by a Jury of our Peers.

We expect positive news by those responsible for the Administration of Justice of this great land of the free and of the brave, with Justice for ALL.
