AXJ USA EXPOSES THE REAL THREATS TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE IN THE USA

The international civil and political rights organization known as Actions for Justice ( AXJ ), has finally decided to contact the Attorney General of the USA, Mr. Eric Holder, and turn over thousands and thousands of complaints from American Citizens regarding the fact that the present system of Administration of Justice in the USA has failed to deliver real Justice, and has become nothing more than a money making and taxpayer spending machine.

American Citizens are finding that their Laws are becoming so extensive and contradictory that the American People no longer feel safe.

It has come to a point that anyone can be accused of anything without due process of the Law and the Presumption of Innocence being the norm instead of the exception.

We at AXJ honour and respect the work of Law Enforcement but they must practice and uphold the Laws themselves. No one is above the Law. Officers are apparently arresting American Citizens without probable cause that any crime has been committed and acting as if it has. We at AXJ in the USA are very concerned with the growing prison population and having reviewed many cases have found that no such crime was committed, rather the person arrested has preferred to confess to a crime they have not committed rather than to deal with the slow and antiquated system of Justice.

Mr. Holder, we are appealing to you directly to change this now and once and for all.

In our reviews we are finding that many of the Penal Codes have laws created by elite politicians and law makers to further their own personal agendas. Take for example Marijuana Laws throughout the USA. Or Gun Laws. Or Gay Marriage. Or Abortion. Or even Prostitution Laws. No sense to any of them.

Then we have the whole matter of Missing and Trafficking of Children and Women which remains unresolved.

Then we have both Local, State, and Federal Laws which seem to be in contradiction with the Supreme Law of the Land the US Constitution. You cannot be innocent until proven guilty if you are detained and held in a prison cell without even having heard your Miranda Rights. This is the USA, the land of the Free Mr. Holder, not NAZI Germany in 1939.

No Mr. Holder, in the USA it is not a crime to smoke a "joint" nor to own a gun. These are both individual constitutional rights all American citizens have and cannot be taken away from them.

No you are not guilty because an Officer says so and sets you up, but when and until a trial by a Jury of their peers says so. In this sense due to the alarming increase in senseless and sometimes brutal arrests we at AXJ have decided to establish a direct link with the FBI to investigate all these complaints. http://www.fbi.gov/

Mr. Holder, the time to take Actions for Justice ( AXJ ) is now and to restore the faith of the American People in the Administration of Justice.

We at AXJ in the USA are here to help you reform this antiquated system of Administration of Justice and put us in the twenty first century where it belongs. All Americans are still innocent until proven guilty. Let's simply the legal process together and get everyone on board to help us.

Together hopefully we will continue to have the greatest legal system of Justice in the world but it will take a lot of work and trust on the part of the American People who are at the end of their patience.
