This is a letter of my concerns regarding this and as I was limited to 1000 characters my letter was cut short  so here I place it out for the world to view:  

RE; Dzhokhar Tsarnaev 05/26/13

To whom it may concern,

I am on a number of online support sites for Dzhokhar (Jahar) Tsarnaev. I have fluttered back and forth from one site to another, but I find the people on the AXJ site in support of Dzhokhar tends to be more open minded and willing to turn over every stone to find answers as the story that has been broadcast over the news media appears to have holes in it. 

Certainly there are many in opposition to Dzhokhar's innocence, who come dropping in to attack our discussions, which sometimes is very distracting and frustrating, as all we want to do is discuss the facts involved in this event and how to uncover the truth that led up to this mans “capture”. While fighting to defend him seems useless at times, we know that if we turn our back on this event, it may be us in in the future having to defend someone we love or even ourselves.

The mere fact that people who have known these two brothers for many years and have had personal contact with them refuse to accept that the two brothers could possibly commit such an act is where I start to question what is being said. People tend to be great for character witnesses and people who are close to you and spend time with you generally are a great source for getting at the truth.  Although this is true in most cases, it appears that there are very few people that can say where they were on this day or even any days that led up to this day, no one is coming forward. Which is in and of itself troubling to say the least.

Again another factor that draws to speculation that they in fact did this, is his family claims they were framed. Certainly I buy into the simple protection factor, no parent wants to believe that their child could do such a heinous act of treachery, but there is more than just this, they claim that the FBI has been watching them for years or at least one of the brothers, which brings you back to: Why, if they were on the radar, would they even attempt such an act? In all honesty you would have to be a fool to think while being watched that you could get away with such violence in a public place being scanned and spanned by canines and law enforcement of all sorts. Otherwise we have very poor officials, doing a very poor job of protecting us. That begs the question: So which is it?

Then there are even more questions that arise, if they did do this; why were they resuming normal activities, seemingly as if they had no idea that they were about to be named as the perpetrators of such a criminal act. Then you have the back pack issue: they find it and take a photo of it in this kids apartment, so how could it still be around if it was used in the bombing? Not possible to use a backpack have it destroyed in an explosion and then it re-materializes untouched. Then the news reports that Dzhokhar's friends took the back pack and laptop, and hid it on the officials, either way the back pack survived this bombing untouched, it is the center of the doubts, which gives reasonable doubt that maybe they weren’t even there. Everyone said they attended the previous years marathon, but no one seems to be aware that they did in fact attend this years marathon.

So now the question is where last years pictures used to alter and make it appear that these boys were at this years marathon, I am running out of plausible answers but coming up with more and more questions.

Yes, now we have the issues that surround the pictures and videos that are circumventing the internet, which are posing even more questions and speculation. The notorious one of Dzhokhar leaving the scene, without the famous backpack., indicating that his backpack was used in the bombing, Since we can not see the other side of him in this picture, the back pack maybe hidden behind his body, or it is to my understanding and after doing a few simple manipulations of the photograph, there is a portion of the photograph which has been altered all you need to do is enlarge the photograph to 800% and you will notice a box of pixels that do not mesh up with the rest of the photograph. This is what sold me that there was more to this story than what has been exposed via the media sect. Then if this picture was altered, why was it altered? Then there is the final issue if the backpack is discovered after April 15, 2013 which means he could not have caused the bombing as the backpack is still around so why were they implicated? Why was one killed and another critically wounded and arrested and jailed?

Moving on to the rest of the red flags concerning this whole affair: the list is enormous some I have covered, but here is this list so far, there may be explanations to reason away some of this but not all of it :

Concerns regarding the Boston Marathon

1. There is little proof that the brothers were at the Boston marathon April 15, 2013 as Tamerlan was in charge of minding his daughter while Katherine was working 80 hours a week.

2. Where is the babysitter if the brothers went to the marathon?

3. While some claim they were attending the marathon, others say they couldn’t have because he was in charge of their daughter, if they had the child they would most likely have taken his her with them.

4. Picture showing Dzhokhar in the background of one photo (http://i.cdn.turner.com/dr/teg/tsg/release/sites/default/files/asse...) if you look below his head shot there is no body or feet so this may have been an edited photo as well. Or maybe even a photo f the previous year at the marathon. No photo time stamp on the photograph.

a. why are the numbers on Dzhokhars cap switched around? shows a 3 instead of the 7 it should be 3

5. The picture of Dzhokhar leaving the scene against a brick wall is apparent that it has been photo-shopped as he did have his back pack on and it was covered up by adjusting the arm to be placed over his back pack and if you enlarge the photo to 800% with a photo editor the pixels do not mess with the rest of the photo. This gives a different perspective without enlarging but i enlarged it and saw the pixels are distorted easy to prove.

a. if it was Dzhokhar's backpack used in the explosion, then why did they find it after the fact?

b. did he have more than one of these backpacks? Most of our youth cant afford one back pack let alone multitudes of them.

c. It is the wrong color to begin with anyways his is not black!

6. Anyone coming forward with any hearsay information (after the fact) regarding them being there or not is hearsay and not admissible, since Tamerlan is not able to defend himself. Whereby the cab driver, carjacked person, message therapist, these people are interested in other agendas such as 15 minutes of fame.

7. Even if they were at the marathon and this is about the back pack and bombing there is not enough evidence to support the claim I.E. fireworks are designed not to be able to create a bomb with as per APA

8. There were announcements that there was going to be a drill and not to panic.

a. Witnesses report seeing officials and their bomb-sniffing dogs at the start-line.

b. No emergency response to the bombing, NO FIRE TRUCKS, NO EMT's NO AMBULANCE

c. Witnesses report hearing officials say they were running a drill and not to be frightened before the 1st explosion occurred. Tweets from Boston Globe also confirm prior knowledge of a bomb drill, also noting that a bomb squad was involved.

9. A restaurant stating this did not happen as it is being stated to happen.

a. A runner in green is seen tossing a metallic object to another runner directly following 1st explosion, that runner then pretends to fall to the ground, detonator later collected by officials on the scene.

10. The Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis mistakenly refers the two suspects "the two actors".

b. In a network interview, officials point out black ("thermal burn mark") on sidewalk in front of the candy store which is not shown in previous footage of the aftermath.

c. Whistleblower saying ahead of time that this bombing was staged, and reloading powder and bullets would be restricted as a result.

e. Scene additionally trashed afterwards to look better for the camera (look through the photos)

f. DHS web page found with job applications for Boston bombing, including requests for amputee actors, and for people to arrive with shredded clothes.

11. Older brother showing up in kraft uniform with younger brother in civilian clothes (how did THAT not make news? the older brother was a freaking AGENT at that bombing)

12. A bundle of yellow balloons shown clearly in a before shot, are videotaped after 1st explosion flying away from the site without a single balloon popping, if there was such heat or shrapnel those balloons would have been popped.

f. There is a coffee cup that is photographed at the 1st explosion site undisturbed while all this chaos around is turning the site into a mess.

13. Not seen prior to the explosion, only photographed after the 1st explosion with no signs of blood or pain a man referred to as Jeff Bauman (who later identifies the suspects) a few moments later after something like blood is applied while being photographed and yet he is being ignored by EMT's on scene.

a. Dual amputee has his fake bone leg fall off in front of a private security camera and the police put it back on;

b. He shows no signs of an actual injury.

c. He is photographed after the 1st explosion on ground next to the man wearing a hoodie and a woman in a clean shirt and she appears have no injuries or bloodstains.

d. He is always seen holding head and upper back off of the ground (for no apparent reason) and then taken away in a wheelchair instead of on a stretcher.

e. There is no blood-trail following the wheelchair's path. A video shows the prosthetic falling off during last scene only to be quickly picked up and replaced by an official.

14. The man in a hoodie is photographed lying on the ground at the site of the 1st explosion, next to a dual amputee, he is not only void of injury, burns or bloodstains, but he appears to be calm throughout the duration.

a. The man wearing the hoodie is also photographed taking his sunglasses out and putting them on at an awkward time (right after the explosion as he lays next to the dual amputee and the woman), at which time we see him appearing to apply something to the dual amputee and giving a signal to this woman who is laying there as well ( blocking camera's view of dual amputee and what is being done to him ).

b. This man later claims to have been at the site and sustained a "de-gloved" hand, an injury where the skin of one's hand is literally separated from the flesh (yet photographs clearly show the hooded man's clean and unharmed hands after explosion).

15. A woman who is dark-skinned, wearing a red sweater and a white shirt is photographed lying next to the man in a hoodie and dual amputee.

a. She also appears to be unharmed and either in shock or relatively calm.

b. Her nice, clean, white shirt shows no blood splatter or burns even though some photographs clearly show dual amputee's prosthetic-gore bone , which shows no blood, resting on her right shoulder and even one showing his leg resting on the back of her head while she looks into the distance blankly.

16. A man seen with cowboy hat appears at site of 1st explosion without any clear path to the scene due to barricades sectioning off site of 1st explosion, one video shows him after the explosion wandering around in a different location, is seen holding an American flag in many photographs (presumably to avoid leaving trace of presence in one location) also photographed appearing to hold exposed arteries of the dual amputee which is a medical impossibility Link: ( confirmed by EMT’s studying footage ).

17. Why is the media saying over 260 victims when only 50 injured was the final official report from boston.com

18. Saudi national ( apparently the son of Bin Laden ) originally intended to be the bomb patsy, later hidden in courthouse barricaded by authorities ( who release and retract a statement to media saying they had a suspect in custody ), is then sent out of the country by officials.

1. Witnesses hear suspect 1 shouting "we didn't do it" during (one-way) shootout, video confirms this.

2. Suspect 2 was eventually shot at in boat, unarmed.

c. Brother is said to have been killed but is videotaped being taken away alive by officials (naked). Link:

d. Officials now allege one suspect2 is alive and answering questions through writing apparently because he was shot in the throat (how very convenient).

e. Interviewed friends and fellow students of one of the suspects say he was a positive, pleasant, and out-going kid, and they strongly questioned the official story.

f. Parents of the two brothers openly say their sons were framed by the FBI.

19. A man seen parallel to a group of injured, videotaped signaling said group before tossing a dust onto them. A similar dust (tan or off-white in color) is seen in the hair of several actors. It is believed this substance is a water-activated blood powder used for special-effects in movies.

20. Several people are photographed with ripped pant-legs allegedly caused by the explosion although there are no visible signs of injuries.

A. a bearded man is seen on the site and is photographed at the site of explosion ripping his own pants.

21. People photographed standing near the 1st explosion are photographed in different locations on the scene later on ( for no apparent reason ).

a. The man wearing the hoodie and a number of other women are photographed lying on ground ( calmly ) following the explosion.

22. Two photographers are seen calmly approaching site of 1st explosion, taking a small number of photos and then calmly walking away. A photographer is seen in a photograph casually walking around the site after explosion taking photographs while a man crawls on ground next to his feet, as if posing for camera.

23. Uniformed agents ( one wearing a black hat bearing Craft logo ) seen before explosion with backpacks ( bearing the same markings as the shredded bag said to have been a source ), photographed later running from scene without backpacks, photographed speaking with officials after explosions, photographed speaking into ear mics, agents also seen on roof, one agent is photographed using a bulky electronic remote-style device.

24. Interviews of the same woman at day of the explosions and several days later after suspect 1 was killed, films dual amputee being wheeled away after choreographed signal.

a. A woman supposedly injured by explosion is interviewed in hospital by CNN ( assumedly given a makeup treatment by CNN staff beforehand ) shows not one scratch on her upper body and seems to smile much too often while telling her story.

b. A grey haired woman wearing a red jacket is videotaped after the 1st explosion walking in the direction of explosion site, then later photographed with blood on her face ( that wasn't there before ) being taken away on a wheelchair.

c. Several small containers are photographed on the ground around the scene that looks like they could be special-effect blood empties.

d. Examples of photo manipulation seen in one of few photos of patsy, possible manipulation of photos of 1st explosion where EMT's hand appears to meld with the face of another woman, EMT's appear to be walking on 'victims' without looking down.

e. The blood-splattering of the site of 1st explosion shows no relation to any supposed injured people or their injuries, namely dual amputee, some pools of blood are photographed void of any injured person.

f. Window glass is seen on sidewalk below window of candy store, officials describe it as undetonated explosive material ( otherwise it would have to mean the explosion came from inside the building ).

g. Several people are seen giving signals guiding other actors and the network crews through their choreograph, including Hooded Man who puts on his sunglasses, most are seen giving open-hand signals.

h. Several people are photographed without any shoes ( some without socks ), if this was done by EMT's it is not said, if this was allegedly done by an explosion it is likely injuries would be obvious.

i. A heavy-set, grey haired man in a black jacket is photographed parallel to suspect after 1st explosion, he appears to be smiling and is not showing any signs of urgency or distress.

j. Metal barricades are shown sectioning off site of 1st explosion, only to be removed later, the only explanation I can give for these structures is to hold the row of flags upright.

k. A dummy is temporarily shown in photographs of site of 1st explosion, later replaced by dual amputee.

l. A Girl wearing a brown hoodie is photographed pointing directly at the camera looking concerned, shown soon after on stretcher covered in blood.

m. An amateur spectator films the site of 1st explosion; a woman actor recognizes this and hides her face, another woman actor beside her looks at the camera with no expression.

n. There are two men wearing red at the 1st explosion site who appear to be directing officers in several photographs, also gesturing and shouting instruction, and a photograph shows one man in red standing with hands on hips ( authority position ) while speaking to two officers and one official speaking through an ear mic.

25. The FBI has facial recognition software why was the data base not run and confirm or deny that these are possibly the suspect no confirmation to date, so why the fishing expedition?

26. Where are all the weapons these two men supposedly had. They were accused of having a huge arsenal of weapons. Where are they now? More bombs grenades several guns etc.

27. The supposed banter of gunfire back and forth between Dzhohkar and the armed forces as the cameras were rolling the entire time no lapse and it was evident there was no sounds of return fire just the sound of military and or police fire and flash bangs.

28. Bomber 2 was chased away from his own "car jacked" Mercedes link:

a. Initially the car jacking was said to be a short 30 minutes later was said to be 90 minutes in duration and according to time lines n the televised portion it clearly wasn’t more than 30 minutes. There is video proof that both suspects had their own vehicles at the shoot out scene how does this incorporate the car jacking theory?

b. Bomber 2 gets out of the boat unhurt and then suddenly cannot speak what happened with this did he get hurt after he was "captured"

c. Mother crying that it was her son totally naked in the video ALIVE after being arrested, and then obviously murdered by the police,

29. There was a report that Dzhohkar had shot himself in the throat as an attempted suicide how could he have done this when they discovered no weapons in the boat he was found in.

a. Witnesses saying the police ran over the brother.

30. Why did it take a week for them to find a note after the boat had been thoroughly searched the day after the capture?

31. Who really killed Sean Collier since they later said the brothers had not connection to the store being robbed that is was two black males suspects involved in that so how did the brothers kill the MIT officer?

It will take some creative shuffling from the masses to stop this roller coaster ride.. hell it is off track for sure.

I have watched the videos that have been out on the news stations and start to play them back to find any explanation as to what happened, there are more questions and less answers, which leaves one with reasonable doubt to the story that we have been told. It just does not appear to be adding up. The contradictions are overwhelming. 

I just want the truth and only the truth. I will support their innocence until someone comes forward with tangible evidence which can not be disputed. The truth in this event has yet to be fully exposed and until then, those in support of Dzhokhar will not accept this story that is being told.

There is also more evidence that the news media is feeding the population false information, I may not be one to follow conspiracy theories, but it is very convincing when you look at the Illuminati cards and see over the past 15 years that most of those cards have been played out fairly accurately, I have most recently had an eye opener: co-incidence maybe, but highly speculative.

I do not say for certain it is our government or an agency within our government but who ever it is behind this, I tend to lean towards those who have power and money are behind it .. and who are they manipulating in order to achieve the end goal what ever that may be. it is blowing up in their faces. As he saying goes: You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.

I have even leaned towards the possibility that this may have been a homeland project and it was staged and even people in the community were asked to participate, yet something went wrong where there was a live explosion where possibly people really did get hurt ( or maybe all in all, NO ONE got hurt physically, but there is the damage done to the public by doing this in any event the psychological damage that can never be undone ). The trouble with that is no one has any proof, no one appears to know any one involved in this or hurt by it personally. While I am being called a “nut case and cracked” I am fine with labels. I have never fit into the main stream for my entire life, why should I start to now? Yet there are those who know me and love me and understand me and think I tend to be rather smart, yet I am a humanitarian at heart with true empathy and concern for my fellow mankind, so this is not resting well in my heart and soul.

I love my country and people here around me, and even those afar that I share time with online there are many. I fear nothing, other than what most others would fear the most: fear of the unknown posses the deepest threat of unknown proportions. Whereby there is genuine need for answers concerning this matter. I am available to help in this effort, if there is anything you would like of me I will do what I am asked, I have time to devote to this my funds are very limited, but my time is available and any direction you may provide me with I would be happy to explore it.

Very good article and thoroughly expressed. I also have seen these videos and other articles expressed here and I agree that there are many questions regarding what happened at the Boston Marathon that day. I do believe that the evidence against Dzhokhar just doesn't seem to be there. I think he's innocent as well.
