HELP ME TO FIND MY MISSING BROTHER

I am looking for my brother, IAN ANTHONY SMITH, who went missing from London, UK on 4 November 2013.

He was last seen in Brussels, Belgium, on 11 November. The latest information we have suggests that he may be in France (possibly the Paris area or around Clermont-de-l'Oise, Picardy).

Our family is very concerned about Ian's welfare as he needs urgent medical attention.

Ian is 40 years old, around 5'9'' (1.75 m) tall, of stocky build. He has got green eyes and longish, very dark brown hair. He has got a goatee beard and often wears a cap.
