UNLAWFUL ARREST IN THE STATE OF TEXAS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

UNLAWFUL ARREST IN THE STATE OF TEXAS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

As we can appreciate in this video this American Citizen was arrested for "resisting arrest" when detained while walking with his son. He has the Constitutional Second Amendment Right to bear arms and carry a weapon and did not threaten anybody and obeyed all orders given to him by the arresting officers. AXJ TEXAS will be filing a complaint against the local Police Office and with the local District Attorney and Attorney General of the State of Texas since his constitutional second amendment rights were violated by local law enforcement. AXJ USA must follow the US Constitutional and Federal Law in this matter. The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects the right to keep and bear arms. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, along with the rest of the Bill of Rights. - WIKI
