AXJ UK TO CONTACT THE LORDS ABOUT A CASE OF CHILD ABDUCTION

The international civil and political rights organization known as Actions for Justice ( AXJ ) hereby comes forth before the honourable Lord Chief Justice and requests to be heard on the case of Mr. Nigel Cooper of Belgium and his Judicial International Order for the immediate return of his child to Belgium by the Government of the United Kingdom ( UK ).
According to all the evidence on hand the Belgium Authorities have competent jurisdiction in this case and have ordered the immediate return of the child to her father.
According to the Hague Convention of 25 October 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, which is a multilateral treaty which seeks to protect children from the harmful effects of abduction and retention across international boundaries, by providing a procedure to bring about their prompt return. The "Child Abduction Section" provides information about the operation of the Convention and the work of the Hague Conference in monitoring its implementation and promoting international co-operation in the area of child abduction. We hereby contact the Central Authority designated by your country the United Kingdom ( UK ) to order the immediate return of the child.
