So now I guess we know why the Bansters have not been charged for all the PONZI and RICO Schemes to oust millions of Americans from their homes since 2008?
If you see something irregular on your TITLE, be it with the Note or Deed of Trust ( DOT ), file a complaint with your District Attorney and Attorney General asap.
If you think the issue involves your Bank go straight for the throat and file a complaint with the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ( SEC ) and tell them AXJ sent you. Here is the website: http://www.sec.gov/whistleblower
The charge was filed Friday as a criminal “information,” which means a guilty plea is expected in federal court. The change came days before Justice Hathaway was scheduled to retire from the state’s highest court.
Justice Hathaway is resigning on Monday, months after a series of questionable real estate transactions first were revealed by a Detroit television station. Justice Hathaway and her husband, Michael Kingsley, deeded a Florida home to a relative while trying to negotiate a short sale on a house they could not afford in Grosse Pointe Park, Mich.
The sale went through and erased a $600,000 debt to a bank. The Windermere, Fla., home then went back in their names, officials said.
The bank fraud charge says that Justice Hathaway made false statements to ING Direct, transferred property to others and failed to disclose available cash — all in an effort to fool the bank into believing she had a financial hardship. Mr. Kingsley has not been charged.
Justice Hathaway has refused to make any lengthy public comments. She told the television station, WXYZ-TV, last spring that the property shuffles were a private matter.
Justice Hathaway, 58, filed retirement papers with the state on Dec. 20, but the move was not made public until Jan. 7 when a state judicial watchdog group filed misconduct charges against her for the real estate transactions. While her last day as a justice is Monday, she has not participated in court business during the last two weeks.
She was halfway through an eight-year term on the court, the result of an election upset over Chief Justice Cliff Taylor in 2008. Her victory put Democrats in control of the court for a two-year period. She was formerly a Wayne County judge.
