Attn.: Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon
Your Excellency,
As the acting International CEO of our civil and political rights organization known as Actions for Justice ( AXJ ), I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for all your hard work as Secretary General of the United Nations since being elected on October 13, 2006 by the United Nations General Assembly.
As we know you have been a career diplomat in South Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in the United Nations and we commend you for your brilliant career.
As you well know, the Peoples of the world are very concerned about all the financial, political and social changes taking place in recent years. We are especially concerned about wars and the death of thousands of people, and especially children, in such conflicts as Iraq, Syria, etc. We are also especially concerned about the recent increase in the amount of missing children and women around the world. Our preliminary studies indicate 8mm children and women will go missing this year and there are approximately 60mm human slaves.
Our Organization considers these numbers to be unacceptable and we propose to hold conferences and have our technical members develop new applications, systems and advanced technological tools to help Law Enforcement Agencies and Organizations around the world fight these crimes.
We have created a demonstration at: www.axjchildren.com so that the UN and member States can study the systems and databases we propose. These would offer all governments around the world the possibility of having information about missing children at their fingertips anywhere in the world in real time 24/7/365.
We await your reply to this letter and we take this opportunity to invite the UN to any of our upcoming international conferences.
Very Truly Yours,
Mr. Ed Vallejo
AXJ INTERNATIONAL CEO
